Adobe Product String Validator and Builder

Paste a product string and see exactly what Adobe will read out of each position, and what is wrong with it. Or build one from fields and copy it out. Everything runs in your browser.

1

Check a product string

Six positions per product, separated by semicolons. Commas separate products. The format is category;product;quantity;price;events;merchandising eVars.

3

Build one instead

Fill in the fields and the string assembles below, with delimiters stripped out of your values so nothing splits where it should not.

Result

Positions left empty still keep their semicolon, which is what makes the string readable to Adobe. A product view has no quantity or price, so it ends up with three semicolons in a row before the events position.
